They have more elaborate scams over here, they call for like a split second and you can't usually pick up the phone so you'd have to call back. If you do call back, you will get charged heavily on your next bill so no trolling opportunities

Last time I checked people's reports online that's what they claimed so I'm not gonna waste my time trying to call them back anyway. The problem is they always use a different phone number from some weird african countries and there's literally nothing I can do about it. If I block a number they will call from another number, and I even got in touch with a manager of my network provider, they said they can't block individual countries from calling me either. Pretty annoying stuff
