Before this I used to starve myself and do cardio at home to burn whatever fruit I ate (around 14y/o). Literally spent sleepless nights doing this If I ever ate above 1000 kcal. I was so self conscious about my looks man. This has definitely stunted my growth. Being here makes me feel felt yk. I love yall

this forum has insane amounts of good info on ALL sorts of things that you'd have to search for really long on the internet and try to descend into a rabbit hole. genuinely dunno what would i do if not this forum
