Yesterday i stumbled upon lucid dreaming...
And i thought it was cope and cap it didnt work but as a horny 15 yo i was like "lets js give it a go" so the entirity of yesterday i did what they said in my research make habits where you pinch and try breathe and look at your hands.

When i went to sleep i tried thinking of sex till i fell asleep but it didnt work bc i js subconciously thought of some demons and i was like fuck so i gave up.

Then i woke up at 1 o clock i set an alarm bc i wanted to see the meteor shower over the uk but i was too tired so i js slept.

Then i had a dream and it was normal. It was js an ordinaryy dream...

However in the last 5 minutes of my dream before i woke up I remember checking my hands just in my dream like subconciously then i looked at my hands. Left one had an extra finger. Right one had half of my ring finger missing. Then a switch just flipped I was like FUCKKKK i js gained conciousness instantly. I started screaming to my friend who was in my dream. "I DID IT" and he asked "did what?" he was smiling at me I had FULL CONTROL i was in tescos and i grabbed my trolley and starting moving it around to check this and there were two grandmas walking past i asked to touch their titties bc i was in such a rush and one said no but the other said ok fine come over here and she grabbed my hand. I was so fucking bricked and bro being bricked in a lucid dream is fucking mental then my lucid dream fucking ended and i was in shock for the next 3 hours. The craziest part was even though i knew i was in my dream it didnt feel like one so im gonna try do some other things next time hopefully not to a fucking grandma 🫩

you have to cause a sleep disturbance so sleep at like 10-11 pm

wake up at 3 am stay awake by force like at least for 15-30 minutes

for me i always have sleep paralysis on my side and back it doesn’t matter but i recommend sleeping on ur back for most people

to turn a sleep paralysis into a lucid dream you have to stay fully calm and close your eyes and just repeat to yourself that you’re in control till your brain gets the message and youll spawn somewhere random

this doesn’t work for everyone tho
