I M USING TRET AND HYDROQUINONE 2% MOMETASONE ALL IN ONE (AKA SKIN CARE QUESTION)

This all I m using by all in one based cream
I hv to lighten my skin I m at fitzpatrick "type 4 lighter side"

So i started applying it in night and for like 4-5 days and i got a work so I'm not at my home i didn't used it for 2-3 days and now my skin got a lil bit acne also i tell you I m 16 year old and on the diet of raw milk for 14 days my gut health isn't good much it was good before when I was doing workout aka sprints push up pull up
So back to point now I didn't used my all in one cream nd now it taken back my glow again I saw improvement in my skin lightening but now the glow has gone
Also lemme tell you this
