Second point, is that having a small budget is important. Try to resell or get a job. simple. but you have to start learning and try to make your website or make videos while you are getting money. It will slow you a lot and you have to be fast in buisness(we lunched in october, now we placed the buisness in China, we will place our compagny in Hong kong in a week)

3. you have to figure things out. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Try to implement this way of thinking. The mojority of you, the moment there is a hard thing, or you dont know something, or something is difficult, you just dont move, you stop and you give up. You dont actually TRY. In buisness, you have to use your brain to find solutions to anything you are trying to do. It also means that YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATLY. ok... i dont know how to make a website...IMMEDIATLY, you check out some youtube videos, you ask chatgpt some question AND YOU START, YOU TRY. then you will do something but it will not be perfect, so you will try again and learn and do. This is the methodologie you have to implement. And how fast you are correcting and doing will determinate how fast you will see results.

4. I did ecom. Ecom is my world. i have my own product, i found something unique that is cool, i made it and i sold it. in ecom, the first step is to have a winning product. For you guys, i recommend to try dropshipping since its basicly all hand-out to you, you do not have to manage production or fufilement. use method 3, dont ask me how to do. The advice i can give is to make good videos, and focusing on marketing. post so much that you are getting better, and getting views.

5. you have to be fast. act quick. you do not have a lot of time. in your short term actions, you have to be fast(dont spend more than a week to make your website(you can do it in 3 hours max)). And in long term, in max 3 years, you will not have the possibility to make money. its true. take this as a wake up call

5. Don't be stupid. Do do stupid shit. I dont know who might read this but the moment you slip away by going out, drinking smoking, doing stupid shit, you are destroying your capacity in a way you can't imagine. Do not think you could run a buisness if you can't control yourself and can't have a bit of hunger in you.

It is your life. I have nothing to lose and i genuinely dont mind giving real advice here. Understand that you have a brain that is capable of doing basic work and having the possibility to make money. Money is extremely important. People back then use to burn villages for money and now you have to sit down on a computer and make meta ads. Some people will not care and keep sloping their life away, but for the other that resonates and can't live a 9-5 or this 'matrix', understand that you have your life in your hand. it is serious, you are the only one thats responsible of your life. if you dont do anything, you will regret it. you can cope however you want, i am right.

Even myself, i am learning and grinding right now. I wanted to start content creation(in french), i tried filming some videos and i was HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORIBLE. it was brutal, it pisses me off. but i am practicing how i speak, i am learning, everyday. It is very akward to speak in public in front of a camera with a camera man in front of you, but i have to do it. I dont give a fuck, i will get better and get my followers. its simple, the more i practice, the better i will get. the more i will post, the more i will improve my videos and get viral. It was the same process with my buisness. We were getting 100 views in the beggining, now we got 10s of millions on tiktok and instagram.

ok, so to give you a small course, or advice this is what I can say. First, understand that 2026 ecom is in a boom right now. There is a bunch of brands that are growing fast, using AI, etc so take the opportunity.

I do ecom, selling a product on my shopify store. Precisely, I made my own product, I have it with me and i made videos with it. For you, I recommend dropshipping, but a good product(I'll talk about it after). To make you understand this buisness, you have a shopify store, you make videos, you post your ads on facebook meta ads manager and get sales. Simple process. Now for each part of this buisness, there are some tips i can give.

The first step is finding your product, it is extremely important. this is what will make the difference between getting sales or not. Do not take a useless chinese bs. Create a tiktok account, and search some dropshipping product videos and you will understand the game. You look and analyse everything. Their products, the emotions link to this products, the comments, their editing style, their videos, how much they post, how they post, the music they have, everything. Understand the game. Then You try a product, dont choose a useless chinese bs, get inspired by your competition.
I can't tell you exactly where to find your products, since its not my domain exactly. But I know there is auto DS to fufil your dropshipping product. https://brandsearch.co/ is also something you can look at.
The rest is your research that matter, and your learning.

Next, for your site. I know that dropshipper really only focus on their landing page, this is something you can do. Go on youtube and learn fast. Then you take action and learn more with yt and chatgpt. Dont use big paragraphs for youe website, short quick headline to quickly describe your product, make it quick and clean. Also, copy your competitor, get inspired, copy them.

For your videos, the 3 first seconds are really important. You have to learn how to edit videos, this is very important. Again, copy your competitor. I recommend that you order your product and you make videos with it. Buy a light, have an iphone(absolutely necessary), film 4k 60fps, and make eye catching movement with your hands or with your camera if you have afreind that can film. Use similar trending audio than the guys that get views.

Then for meta ads, all in one campaign, one ad set. Meta does the targeting. I recommend posting ads only when you get views with your tiktok videos. Try to aim the 100k views and more. This is extremely important, learning to make videos is the best skill you can have.


As you can see, this buisness is wide, and this is why i repeated a lot in the first post. Staying on a chair, working all day long is mental. You have to like the work, and keep learning and trying even if you dont have sales. You have to be obsessed (and act fast).
I recommend getting a slave job too(Very important). First, because you will need money for ads, website maybe, product, etc. If you dont have money, you will be slow and it will be a waste of time. I used to be a uber biker, restaurant cleaning, janitor in a fucking drug factory at 18, imagine the shame. but it was the time i was working the hardest, right before Q4.
And we grinded so hard we made 250k and went to china.

One thing I’m still trying to understand tho, when you were testing products early on, what specific signs told u to keep going vs drop it? Like were you judging mainly from TkTok views first, or actual ad metrics (CTR, CPA, first sales) before scaling?

Make sure it’s a product you can sell at a bit higher price. Have good margins. Then, calculate your profit after shipping and a bit of ads. Then ask Claude or ChatGPT for advice to do your upsells or bundle. You will have to test but if your product is good, you shouldn’t have problem getting sales in

Yes TikTok views gave me an idea of if my hooks were good, if it would be at least a little bit good on meta. If your getting 200 views on TikTok, it means the vid is dogshit. (Make sure to warm up your account too)
Don’t look at metrics too much, look at your retention rate and roas. The 2 most important.

For you guys, i recommend to try dropshipping since its basicly all hand-out to you, you do not have to manage production or fufilement. use method 3, dont ask me how to do. The advice i can give is to make good videos, and focusing on marketing. post so much that you are getting better, and getting views.

I came back i saw some post on the moneymaking thread and I am seeing how many are clueless about making money online, and I don't blame you. I got a mentor by luck, he thought me the base, and we grinded the rest and learned in the process.

First, everything comes from your mind. If you are not obssed by money, you are not putting your absolute focus on your journey to making money. You will most likely give up, and go on your normal life. I was extremely mad at everything i was seeing online and irl. People being more popular, more money while i was working in restaurant, doing uber eat on bike all day or being cleaner in a drug factory. I had to work non-stop, but we were focused. After every shift, we were working on our buisness and getting things done.

Second point, is that having a small budget is important. Try to resell or get a job. simple. but you have to start learning and try to make your website or make videos while you are getting money. It will slow you a lot and you have to be fast in buisness(we lunched in october, now we placed the buisness in China, we will place our compagny in Hong kong in a week)
