i got a fat gymcel friend and i made a bet with him in february that i will have much better physique than him, i am like 3-5cm taller and he is 15kg heavier but he is fat not as fat as he used to be but still, when i reminded hum he laughed me off but im locking in and won't let that nigga won, since the bet i gained 6kg lean muscle bcs i am like 15%bf.
