Made me understand myself and my subsconscious, and change it to whatever I wanted it to be. I am extremely happy, productive, understanding, and joyful every single day after the couple weeks I spent doing that.

She suggested I can try something out and see if it helps or not.
I want to get potential solutions from therapy, not a therapist listening and going "hmm, yeah, I see, das crazy" because I'm not a woman with fake problems looking for someone to just sit there and listen to my bullshit.
I am on the verge of quitting therapy though. I do believe that it doesn't help people with real problems.
