General stores mass testing, if the product has good metrics after 48h you double the budget every 48h, then you have multiple campaigns doing good, some on 400 budget, 100 or 1000, if you mass test it is easier to find multiple winning products, that's why general is best, but OPS also works, I know that ebooks sell well (have a friend doing 2m a moth) but I have no experience in that field yet.
