teambuilding is the also a very important one, but only applies from like 50k months
before 50k rev a month you can do everything yourself

arcads had actually good models
results were shit though, so stopped using that shit

however you should take into account that this is going to cost money (my estimate is 2k+) and take a lot of time (at least 3-4 hours a day) in the beginning
if you don't have both, do something else that you're knowledgeable about

only thing I know is, work your ass off in the beginning
once you reach your maximum capacity and make steady income every month, delegate as much of your boring tasks

I won't lie and say that looks aren't the most important factor, as they clearly are (I wouldn't be here if I thought otherwise)
but you need money to ultimately do the real looksmaxxing (most proven methods require money)
and after you finally ascended you will need the money even harder as these hot girls are expensive
