boys i have officially started my new genetic optimization protocol

woke up at 6:47, stared at myself in the mirror for 3 minutes and immediately knew my bones had shifted

went to the gym and did:

• 3 sets of jawline curls
• 4 sets of hunter eyes

• 1 set of being 6'2 in my imagination
