Other than my neurodivergence my life isnt THAT bad ig its toleratable
But i feel like shit 7/24
Interestingly working out helps this a little , but i still feel like shit 7/23

Its been like this for like the last 2 weeks
dont get why it happened out of nowhere
I used to tolerate my problems but its hard now

I can relate.but tbh i always feel like something bad is about to happen so im anxious 24/7
also ur life may not be terrible objectively but if u feel this way ur life is bad
