Went from 173cm to 174,5cm (5.8 to 5.85 or something)

I was pretty sure it was just spinal decompression tbh

but I have measured every day for 1 week now and even when I was out for a long time I was still taller than I was 3months ago

Im on HGH for 5months now

but tbh I think HGH did not play a big role here

might be just genetic , might be just posture , might be just decompression( but i dont think so )

in the night morning etc

to make sure its not decompression

and im taller on everytime

in the morning im 5.9 evening 5.85

Late 17 started 250mg ~2 months then 400mg then back down to 200mg was 5’10 now 5’11.5-6’
Mom 5’8 dad 5’10 maybe it’s in my genes idk cycle itself was retarded
I mention a growth spurt though because I’d been 5’9 since 12 or 13 then slowly grew an inch before starting
