now my dads a addict to alcahol and cigarettes
and im scared im gonna become like him
ive already used up all my copes in life and the only things i havent done is actually smoke or drink but recently ive been wanting to just abuse alcahol
and ill probably start smoking later in my life
im close to just stealing my dads alcahol and blacking out
but one drug that i actually want to take is shrooms tbh
but does anyone have tips to supress this feeling i dont want to end up like my dad

my dad ruined his life due to his addiction and i was on the path to do the same. luckily an overdose which nearly ruined my life woke me up to the fact that every problem in my life and every friend i lost it was due to this horrible addiction. i’m high on adderal and i had a beer last night but bro i’m still on the edge it’s time to quit at least for a few months
