Just because she will say yes, doesn't mean she will actually go out, many girls these days don't show up on dates, then claim they simply forgot or are busy, etc. Even if she will go out, it doesn't mean you will get anywhere with her, I went on dates with dozens of girls and only got lucky with a few...
