I messed up big time

Let me get into the story my friend ( friend A) told me that his friend ( friend B) has an alcoholic father and i mean a heavy alcoholic. I was at this party and i told friend B that friend A said that his father is a fucked up alcoholic ( i shouldnr have said that). I just messed up the relationship between two people and im not involved in the alcoholic father story. I basically ruined my two friendships in about 10 minutes. After this im definetly stopping with alcohol.

I was drunk, im still a bit drunk. This happend about 2 hours ago. I kept quiet for 1 year and this one fucking night i spilled everything. I wouldnt do any of this if i was sober. I dont even remember telling it
