Recently moved to a new school where I’m getting to know people. Talked to some kids and they were chill

But I noticed this guy in my class. 5’6 curry with giant glasses. He looked like this

I speak to him and find out that he is also a new kid. We hang out for a bit. At one point during the conversation he brings up a kid in class that he finds annoying (I kinda agreed with him)

He frowns, looks away and whispers “fucking jeffries”

I shit you not, at that moment, I genuinely questioned my sanity. I refused to believe he actually called a kid in class a “Jeffrey”

I just smiled and ignored what he said, but inside I was barely holding back my laughter…
