Yesterday my dad got a call from a friend: "these q travellers need a place to sty for a night or 2"
It was this french couple (guy was north african, chill).
They had been travelling on bike for a year now, really cool ppl fr. I had such a great fucking time with them, really nice.

Anyways, we were conversing and my dad cooked up some meat over the fire and he asked them howmthey wanted it done and said "i'm not asking my son, cuz he would eat this raw jfl" and she said she used to eat everything raw.

SHE EVEN ATE "matured" as she called it HIGH MEAT!!

i had fermented liver before, but it was nothing crazy, i expected it to be "richer" like most people say, but it was just raw liver but more wet, less taste and weirder to eat. Maybe i left it to ferment too little or something.
