Also, I think I’m better than everyone other than obvious celebrities eg ronaldo or Elon musk. In my mind that’s my level.

Also. There was a disabled guy who gave a speech to our grade at school. He had an accident now he’s on wheeelchair. I fucking hated him. I hated his words. I thought he was annoyint and I wanted more attention.

But I don’t know. Maybe I’m just a selfish faggot

you're not a narcissist or someone with high ego; you have a completely unearned one masking low self esteem, someone with actual narcissim or a god complex will think themselves better than anyone, even "ronaldo". hating a guy in a wheelchair because he took the spotlight off you for 30 minutes isnt dark triad its just extreme level of insecurity and attention seeking.

is there a way to fix this? yes there is; confidence comes from actual achivements, skills and status. untill you build something real in ur life, your brain is using delusion to keep your low ego alive. drop the fantasy and go achieve something measurable, and earn the status that you think you deserve.

can also be low emptahy, but based off what ive seen that might also be a term called "schadenfrauede". while youre still in that low esteem zone, and ur brain feeds you delusion, other people failing or getting sick makes you feel temporarily better about your own position because it lowers the bar around you? ygm? thats lowk what can be happening. i also was in same position as you and when i built that confidence all of this really went away, however i still suffer from god complex because i developed it, i didnt really fix the stage i was you are in right now, so while you can i recommend genuienly trying your best fixing it.
