I know this is going to sound retarded but the us naval method male setting for calculating body fat doesn't work for my body
28.5 inch waist + 15 inch neck + 69 inches tall + 128 pounds = 5.7% body fat even though I don't have visible abs and look around 16%
and this measurement is after eating 2 meals. Eating food makes my waist giant and I look much skinnier in the morning, I think I did the test in the morning once and got 0% on one calculator and a negative percentage on another.
Using the female method,
I added a measurement of 35 inch hips and got 17.0% bf, a much more accurate measurement
I'll include morning pics tomorrow morning but my body looks weird af after eating the first meal of the day so I'm not including pics now
