Yeah that's what it was like for me which is why I don't mind the label as much anymore. I remember being mad and in denial about it at first because I didn't wanna be under the same label as people with really severe autism and cause of the stigma around it with some of those "the autistic kid" memes but it just explained so much of my past behavior and why I am the way I am.
