its hard to explain how low iq i am

but i was at my future uni today taking a placement test

everyone had to go put their phones up in a locker to prevent cheating so we take a lock to hook up on the locker and go do that

bro i swear to god it took me a solid 3 MINUTES to figure out how to use the lock properly. like you could take a 10 year old and he could figure it out quicker than me. i eventually got the hang of it, but i felt like a retard for the rest of the day because of how simple it was.

im also really bad with hands on work, granted i was born with pretty below average motor skills though. i am also GIGA bad at carrying out tasks with given instructions unless i reread the instructions like 5 times over.

i think lack of life experience for my age contributes to it as well. as a truecel i havent got many opportunities or challenges thrown my way.

fun fact i didnt even know how to tie my shoes properly until i was 13. i was also scared of the dark until i was 13

It's like we lose all common sense, it's like we're kids that need to be lectured and helped in any easy task other people have no problem learning/doing it by themselves.

I had many embarassing moments in my school life because of it.

And even becoming independent in some fields of life, it happened to me way later than my peers.
