I already fraud 191 cm and have been going to gym for almost 4 years not counting a 5 month break I took to rot on here

I will probably try to get my nose more narrow and some kind of fillers I don’t need anything too extreme because I don’t suffer from any major flaws.

Or I can just extremely hardmaxx and try to ascend as much as possible with intrusive surgery.

Everything about my face is just normal pushing maybe slightly decent.

At the same time what is the point
