Tldr: went to the Ortho to ask about braces. (2 actually, they said the same thing)

My concerns: slight lisp, chin not 100 % in the middle, middle of upper and lower incisors not fully aligned.

Their diagnosis: braces wouldn't really help me, surgery probably will.
I apparently have a cross bite on the right side and an edge to edge bite on the left side.
Laterognathia right side stronger.

Insurance would most likely cover my surgery. I don't quite know what surgery it'll be yet (surgeon will decide) but most likely some form of bimax.

Not sure if I should do it, since it's a big surgery, with long recovery (would take Peptides). Also my mandible is not recessed at all.

Any surgeons in Germany you can recommend?

Dr. Zarrinbal in Berlin maybe.

It‘s not a big surgery, recovery is brutal tho.

I've been trying for it too.
In my case my teeths are fixable through dental procedures

But my sleep apnea is a bitch. Even with a thin neck.

But my bluepilled doc denies it everytime saying its too mild to be concerning.

Trying diff ways to make it severe so that hfe agrees for it. And my insurance covers it

Takes 3-4 hours, it's quite big and things can go wrong as well.
Really not big, takes less than that for a skilled surgeon.

Charite is the way to go in Germany.. zarinbal has had a few botched cases
