The last time I got on here was the day I got pulled out of school and had all my phones taken. November was boring. December 3rd was my birthday—I turned 16. BUT GOOD NEWS: I DIDN’T GET ANY CHARGES PLACED ON ME, just a civil restraining order. On the 18th, my dad and I went to court for the first time. When the mom and the accuser walked in, they were dressed in sweats and a t-shirt, not even formal. The dad wasn’t there. Keep in mind, the restraining order got served three days after October 21st. This court date was to see if they were going to continue with the restraining order or dismiss it. The mom said she needed to protect her daughter, but I had already been removed from the school. How can you say you want to protect your daughter as your civil duty, but you don’t know if the supposed suspect is still at your daughter’s school? It’s just pathetic. They continued the restraining order for six months.

Fast forward to February 1st—the investigation for the school to kick me out was still ongoing, but they concluded: NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES. Back to November 17th, I was placed in another public school—the school I was supposed to go to originally. The school I was taken out of was 30 minutes away; this one is only 5 minutes away. I got put into a program to graduate early. On January 20th, I graduated, but not completely—I still need to walk the stage and get my diploma on June 9th. I applied for a job; it’s $16 an hour, not bad. I’ve been studying for college. Present day, my dad is planning to bring the mother back to court to see if he can press charges for false allegations and civil rights violations, which could result in charges against her. That’s where the case stands right now. part 3 coming in a month or 2

You should press charges for defimation heavily spend hella money on it because if you get a good enough lawyer they could get a lot of money out of thsi for you with the potential damage it had and might still have on your life
