I stumbled upon this type of hairloss while I was researching different types of alopecia. I fit into every single symptom of this hellish issue.

This condition causes permanent hairloss (the follicles get DESTROYED). I also have something called "Pili Torti", which makes my hair shafts very kinky and deformed looking (my hair went curly overnight once the shedding first started). This is also a symptom of lichen planopilaris, and it's the only medical issue that can cause pili torti.

Ragefuel. I am lucky to be taking 10mg of Tofacitinib every day, this is considered the best treatment options for lichen planopilaris. I am one week on this medication and am hopeful for the shedding/itching to stop in one to two months, as seen in this medical study-

@wagbox @16tyo @nelson , jfl at how accutane triggered permanent diffuse hairloss which I am going through hell trying to stop.

@Porridge do you have lichen Planopilaris? Did your hair go curly at all? I noticed you did not mention tofacitinib in your protocol to stop this issue, makes me wonder why. Tofacitinib is the best treatment for this auto immune disease.

Picture of the highly potent medication I'm on, I'm just hoping it isn't rat piss FUARKK-

accutane is not worth the .01% chance of permanent hairloss (aka the follicles get destroyed). So I'd advise to stick to retin-a and stay the fuck away from accutane. I have also noticed a trend that the more subhuman you are, the more likely damaging side effects will occur ngl.

but most importantly stay away from accutane if you have a family history of auto immune diseases. This included psoriasis, eczema, ibd, ibs, ulcers, chrons, asthma, severe allergies, etc. Accutane, even one pill, can trigger immune related issues in people genetically susceptible to them. This includes alopecia areata

My hair got curly/wavy at the bangs and I have been shedding quite a lot of hair. I think it is the beginning of the end for me as well.

losing about 500 hairs a day. I shower every 3 days so I lose about 1000 hairs every shower. It's madness. My meds should stop the hairloss in a month or so. If not.... rope time ngl

I am on nothing. I had this for about 3 months now and it has always bugged me how my hair got curly and wavy at the bangs for no particular reason even though I never touch it...And as soon as it got to this state, I started shedding a shit ton. It is over for me tbh, I will be a truecel soon.

you have frontal fibrosing alopecia with lichen planopilaris, it will only get worse as time goes on. Especially if only your bangs have turned curly. Slowly, all of your hair will turn curly.

10mg Tofacitinib daily or fucking DEATH

Is the shedding that comes with it normal? Because I am shedding A LOT and this only started happening after I got curly hair at the bangs. It is just not normal and it has been bugging me for so long even though I tried to ignore it.

i never shed tbh but my hair was curlier on accutane and when i hopped off it thinned and then got back to normal after some weeks
rn im fine hair is healthy again but probably lower hair count than before accutane
i am using essential oil skin routine with good exfoliation and retin a and i am having great success, accutane is overkill

I don’t have skin problems...I got this out of nowhere and I can’t find anything online about it. I will hop on fin from now on to prevent any further hair loss since I am still NW0.5

Holy shit it is over I shed hairs that look like this. LEGIT FUCKING ROPING.
dude, i have no idea if you are LARPING. If you aren't, it is beyond fucking over for you. You need to treat this condition asap or else you will be bald in a year. This type of hairloss is permanent.

I’m not even joking. This is how my hair looks like at the bangs and it has turned into this just a few months ago and it has been annoying the shit out of me ever since because my hair used to be straight as fuck. I also shed deformed hair.

These are my bangs and I also shed deformed hair from time to time. It is over.
i'm sorry bro, you have been brutally raped by the lichen planopilaris Pill. Just to give you more rage fuel- none of the hairs you lose will ever grow back with the condition you have, because the follicles are being scarred over. This is what creates the pili torti (deformed hair) condtion.

Hop on 10mg tofacitinib everyday from emergencydrug.com, it's the only way to stop that type of hairloss

how do i know if i have this
i don't shed deformed hair its just normal

yes when i put my oilblend in the morning a couple hairs come out and maybe a couple in the shower
I would keep an eye on it but don't worry to much. I know it's not a competition, but entire chunks of my hair fall out every shower, well over 50 hairs stick to my hand with every rub of shampoo

Accutane is used FOR scarring types of alopecia. Where are you getting all of this from?

accutane triggers differnet types of alopecia. Accutane is actually not used for scarring types of alopecia, thats a misconception

Multiple sources report treatment of frontal fibrosing alopecia and folliculitis decalvans with isotretinoin

On the contrary, many people develop those conditions after or during accutane
