I might have Testicular Cancer

I was playing with my balls and like felt a tiny, but noticeable bump on my left ball from the inside, not on my scrotum.
Is this normal or am I cooked with ball cancer

Don't be scared until you check it out, I had something that felt like veins inside of mine but I got It checked out and it was nothing harmful.

If you let it get checked out and it comes out that you do have testicle cancer then you have it 100%.
But if you dont get it checked there might be a chance that you dont have it.
