THE PAIN THO UGHHH. i get it. i have to limit sm movement cuz im scared of cramps and numbness. i thought it ws the fever

worth it for me tho. try looking into protocols or doing 30mg

had the same issue as a beginner go low dose like 10-20 mgs then go up with time that's how i went to 40mgs
