The cognitive side effects are just too brutal, I'm basically demented even taking modafinil and adderall can't offset the side effects. Can't remember words and my speech is so spotty, my processing speed is so bad and I never remember the word I want to say. It's killing me.

I'm gonna wait another week but if I keep doing like this I'll lose my job, I think it's over for me

Well, I don't know for sure. But I have some theories:
1) Dysfunctions in methylation genes (I have the bad MTHFR gene among other rogue methylation ones).
2) Problems with the NOS3 gene (I also got this one and many people on propeciahelp also have the bad variant of this gene)

Or finasteride may restrict the blood flow and that of course cause cognitive problems because it means less oxygenation. That also cause sexual side effects because blood flow is paramount in getting erections. The drugs viagra or cialis actually works on increasing blood flow to get hard erection. And it's not a coincidence it also boosts cognitive abilities because increasing blood flow have far reaching consequences on the body, definitely not only on the dick.
People with the NOS3 mutation already have less blood flow (they produce less nitric oxide), so if finasteride indeed cause blood flow to slow down even more (and there is some evidence that it does exactly that) it's over....sexual and cognitive side effects ensue.
As I said it's also non a coincidence that the overwhelming majority of people over propeciahelp have the NOS3 mutation...that gene (which I have the bad variant) may be responsible to all the side effects from finasteride
