So I got into looking how to fix my TMJ right? Since I got a pretty annoying one side TMJ
Thus i started researching what causes it and I learned it might be due to my bite, and I found a video of an orthodontist treating a case just like mine. Of a client who had issues after orthodontics (I had braces, palate expander and elastics).

She said it's caused due to the molars not offering enoight support(they don't have enoight height) this the mandible goes back to meet the molars and now you get the issue of the mandible not being in the correct place.

I will be asking this to my orthontist and to another one, in the hospital where my mother works(it's a high end private hospital who is also known for maxillo surgery) where I will likely get scans as in my local orthodontist I don't belive they got the capabilities.
I'll update you guys,
My visit at the orthodontist (local) is 17th of may, I got the cleaning (teeth)at the professional hospital the 8th of June in which I will tell them my issue (jaw clicking when I Chew, uncomfortable, I can't open my mouth straight and when I open my mouth it follows and S shape and the TMJ moves out and uncomfortable)

Not many people know but for you mandible your bite is important it's not just bone.

It's usually a mix of things
But my jaw got better tbh
Since I'm growing (4.2'm in 4 months)
Thus getting orthos while growing is good too
