tryna get some isotret because my fucking derma is giving me only 16mg, i weigh 70kg so a standard dose would be 35-50mg.
and when i try convince them that I want a higher dose, they just say "muh liver problems" .
what can i do?

u dont start isotret at 35-50 mg jfl
 
dont youll probably get caught, just buy from overseas its also way cheaper
 
my parents are doctors, so i just stole a prescription paper and prescribed myself 40mg of accutane lol

yea i was considering doing that but now im travelling so ill have to order it from indiamart in a different country while im there for the summer.
also without my parents knowing

16mg on whole course? wtf bruh drink ur medication twice a day then (after ur first month tho)
 
but also if you already have a prescription from a dermatologist i would just stick to that they eventually increase the dose gradually which is what they should do anyway

yea but what if my acne comes back?
my whole family had acne before, and my brother was on the same dose and his acne still didnt go away after a year of taking 16mg
the derma is a family friend and thinks 16mg should "fix" the issue like it did with my brother, but it didnt

yea i was planning on doing that but I don't know if its any different or more dangerous
also would splitting it day and night be good

nvm me man. I did have severe cystic acne that left me with scarring and 20 mg did help, but I was on it for quite some time. you could also ask for azelic acid or smthing to use along with it

how much time did you use accutane?
20mg is still a low dose but i dont know ur weight

lol liver problems" my moms a derm and she put me on 30mg at 60kg no background check or nothing it doesnt do shit to your liver ur derms a bitch

split it day and night nothing will go wrong (unless u have problems with ur liver tho, constantly give blood work throughout the cycle and also continue with 16mg for the first month and see if ur liver is fine)

it does bruh have some common sense before u reply, accutane raises ur AST and ALT because ur liver works its ass off just to get rid of it from ur blood. Not everyone has the same body or same condition maybe op has some liver problems that doesnt show any symptoms or something else so stop spreading misinformation
