Keep the blood flowing.

Maybe with a weighted backpack on since pushups are easy.

Just be like “oh 8pm drop and give my 50”

Lead to 1% more chest gains over a year probaby JFL. Do it for mental.

Not like we are doing anything better during the day. It will lead to gains in the long run, weighted backpack is the method.

I know a guy that is doing only pull-ups / push ups and some running and looks better than 90% people on the street no joke, but lean and consistent

Legit push-ups and pull ups are almost all you need.

Get some bags with bottles of water of some shit in it also so you can train some more biceps.

You can train every day also since you have everything in your house. And even if you get bored you can just go rep some pull-ups and pushups.

Used to do like 20-30 push ups a day for a month
Noticed changes but I stopped
Think I will start again

Start again bro, it requires very little effort of your end. A few mins a day. You can get good and then go weighted pushups, then maybe even that calistenics madness shit.

If you're just starting than doet every other day. Download app called "200 pushups" on android (the best I tried)

I'm planning on doing 10 squats and 10 pushups every hour
I think dividing it makes my mind think it's easier and I'll actually be consistent
