Whenever I overheard someone talking or see a head turned anywhere near me or someone laughing I always think that theyre talking/laughing/looking at me and I get so embarrassed and nervous. I know they definitely aren’t but it never fails to force me to stand up a little straighter and lock in a little more.

Idk I feel like I have a bunch of problems w my looks and my life but on here I always see people who have it so much worse than me, and whenever I complain people just tell me I’m complaining abt nothing

IK this is just dumb first world problems but it’s hard telling myself that I’m just creating all my problems even though I know I am
