Eating 1.5k cals today (meat only)
Done 20k steps already, it’s 4pm
Still gotta go gym and do 20 min stair master

Going giga hard on the leanmax, got 7kg to drop by mid march.

Maybe i’ll aim for 40k steps today. Last 3 days have been 30k, 30k, 26k.

I’m walking outside. Running spikes my hunger way too much. Walking allows me to keep cals low and not feel hungry since from high fat and high protein sources which are both satiating.

stairmaster 20 mins in gym (i hold on to rails tho)

Idk If i will manage the 7kg by mid march.

Walking outside mogs hard especially if you live in a peaceful area with nice nature. You can do it man you sound determined.

Yes, the difference in treatment i got before going home for christmas (when lean) was dramatically different to now (7kg pure fat up). Lean is really life.

I also play music while walking so it’s pretty nice, better than just sitting at home listening to music and on .org. I can do all 3 simultaneously and requires no effort.

Hopefully i can do it without popping DNP jfl.

@TechnoBoss any idea if it will be possible you think, by march /mid march?

provided i stick to everything im saying (1.5k cals, MINIMUM 20k steps, usually more like 25-30k), gym 5x and stair master 20 min level 7 (while holding).

I WILL be sticking to it tho
