I might’ve just lost 500$ ordering HGH

I ordered 1000iu of hgh from Tracy at QSC and everything was going smooth. I got my tracking number and the delivery came quickly. However the day of the shipping USPS fucked up and couldn’t deliver it and decided to resend it back to Tracy. I’m now left on read by Tracy and idk if I’m gonna get my 500$ back. Anybody know if I’m cooked
