I miss being a mass mogger tbh. Im one of those people who puts on mass rapidly. I used to almost weight 104 kgs at my peak. My physique was similar to tom aspinall. Not much definition but still muscular and not that fat. Like I was fat but not fat fat like with a large belly or fat rolls or something. Users who I have sent DMs to back then know how I used to look
I used to be one of the strongest people in the gym. Used to crush everyone but a handful of proper powe lifters in free weights but terrible at pull ups and calisthenics also had some joint stress . I was clearly carrying more mass than what my frame was built for. There's a difference between can make it to heavyweight and I am a heavyweight.
I was the most comfortable in that 85 kgs range. Im like 80 kgs now. I would consider myself to be lean now. Like maybe 16% bf took me almost 1.5 year to get here or something. Good definition of muscles, face is a lot leaner aswell and very sustainable for me. I can eat anything without restrictions, my cardio is great too. I picked up running again last year after a brief pause but I look borderline dyel in clothes.
