I'm in the best shape of my life but still have cheek fat

like what list of foods? are u on raw carnivore or anything? i wanna try primal but idk if it works

good shit. i think u could definitely lean out more, maybe to 12 percent bf. i think once u hit that ur bones will really start to show in ur face.

I went from 104 kgs to 81-82 kgs. Took me longer than needed because I was binging every once in a while and had life happening and deliberately went slow not to loose too much of strength/muscle mass but I did this without any GLP stuff. This is the leanest I've been since I left the army. The last time I was around this weight was around 4-5 years. That military picture I was 82 kgs there but not gymaxxed


Great definition of abs, chest, arms everywhere, significantly better cardio can run for miles no problem. No joint pains. Face is also lean, jawline fully visible and defined but I still have cheek fat, and I'm not longer the strongest guy in the gym

I am considering buccal fat removal or atleast aqualyx tbh. I asked a gym bro to estimate my bf% and he told me 16%. Would it be worth it to go leaner and see if I lose cheek fat?

good shit. i think u could definitely lean out more, maybe to 12 percent bf. i think once u hit that ur bones will really start to show in ur face.
the only thing good about my bones is that my cheekbones are highest I do have recessed infras butn ot like no bb cream can fix

i eat eggs, steak, ground beef 80/20, salmon, seabass, chicken, liver, brain, kidney, heart, spleen, pancreas, oysters, musells, clams, scallops, lobster, shrimp, raw milk, raw blood (from healthy animal not andrenochrome), raw colostrum, sometimes kefir, raw cheddar, raw cream/butter/animal fat, berries, avocado, orange, banana, pineapple, sweet potato, saurkraut, kimchi, zuchinni, squash, tomato

Same situation, decently lean but my boxy fucking skull shape won’t let me have visible cheeckbones

How did you have abs at 86? I'm 185cm and I still have belly fat at 76
I've been training for almost 5 years now but ive always been naturally heavier. I have a stock build.

Cause they’re low iq faggots. They want to be giga lean for muh aesthetics but it actually makes them look hideous due to losing fat pads under their eyes making them look sickly. Body fat is still needed to look healthy and attractive but they take lean is law too seriously
Even 10% is too lean unless you have a college jock build
