idk him, also heavily depends where, western areas have been the most targetted, and my relatives say the strikes have stopped because of this apparent ceasefire, just for example, my relatives live near this square, and it has negihberhoods around it with mosques, the government set up their commanders and generals in those houses near the square, and the strikes were really close to them, they are still alive, their houses are standing, and no injury, u dont have anything to worry about with ur friend, he just doesnt have internet becasue the government cuts it off so ppl dont record shit, worst case scenario he might have to stockpile on resources, hope this helped!
