taking HCG after the atrophy has become pronounced and while you're still on steroids is unlikely to reverse the atrophy to any significant degree, speaking from personal experience. HCG is better used as a preventative after all.

HCG + HMG might be more effective, but hideously expensive. The most effective thing to do would be to take the HCG for a while, and then stop or taper the drugs until you're off and then stay off for a few months while using tamoxifen. In fact, you'll probably notice the biggest size increase within a week or two of the time the esters clear.
