Girlfriend without sex? Interesting. But yes breakups are super tough. For some people its worse than the others. What helped me the most was to be as active as possible and force yourself to experience new things in life (not dating related) and fill your brain with new experiences so that you can teach your nervous system that you can survive without her. Do not resort to copes like drugs and alcohol as its only gonna slow down your mental healing. You have to face the emotions and accept that its over and move on. Do not check her socials if u can. Its very tough I know but time will heal.
