For sure bro, school holds many core memories. Just being with friends and messing around, it’s what I did back in middle school.

In highschool so far, I’ve made friends but none are close or anything since I’m anxious and don’t talk to anyone. Would’ve been nice to relive my middle school memories by having friends in highschool and doing stuff, but sadly I couldn’t

My sophomore year was really shit. I lost all my friends , and was alone, I genuinely would only talk during 1-2 classes and that’s it , it was so embarrassing having to pair up with someone in class when I didn’t know anyone

Unfortunately my freshman year of highschool was pretty good. I was still a kid just living life , not giving a fuck about girls , I had friends and life was interesting. My sophomore year was really shit. I lost all my friends , and was alone, I genuinely would only talk during 1-2 classes and that’s it , it was so embarrassing having to pair up with someone in class when I didn’t know anyone

Freshman year was rough, got held back because of a ton of stress. Realized how awful my life truly was in poverty which caused my life to come crashing down, I just overslept and wasted every waking second

Say you see someone playing soccer at the park and you wanna join them, count from 5 in your head and at the count of 1 go up to them and approach them.

If they reject you, hey that’s rejection therapy and now you’re better at dealing with rejection

If they don’t, well now you’re one step closer to overcoming your anxiety, I mean you’re talking to strangers & you’ll slowly realize that it’s not that hard

Well it’s gotten better. But at times I still jsut fade away and get nervous around a lot of people. In places like big events , church , and idk what else but crowded areas like that it’s shit for me
