I jsut eat fruit for sugar cravings if I want ice cream I eat a banana and I no longer want it

Honestly this is why so many people fail to get lean imo, they slash out all foods they enjoy and cant stick to a diet long term. Why not just eat what you want and have it fit ur macros?
