Legit, my ego is massive from being 5'10 in Central America, everyone here is 5'5-5'7 rarely 5'8, frame mogging and heightmogging everyone in the street.

Live your life as a manlet in native country, or just rip the bandaid, move to a short country and simply become Chad

If you have a great eye area and you are 5'6 you should get a lot of IOIs.

I'm average height in most of the world al I'd not have many issues but man the ego boosts I get even while being fat is massive, everyone just looks at me when I enter a store and shit. A decent modernized place here in South America is nice. Even Spain and some of the South European countries.
