Bullshit. The large muscle groups need 48 hours minimum to recover. Depending on the intensity and volume of the workout session even more than 48h. So how the fuck would they break down before they even could recover jfl

Do you follow a strict schedule for the rest of your life too or is it just the gym that you HAVE to go 5-6 times a week?
 
It's for everything I'm a powerlifter and licensed trainer
