It might not be too late.
U can get xray/mri for your skull to see if more craniofacial development is possible. (skull growth plates)
If it is squeezing out more development should be number one priority ong.

Genuinely simple asf. Strong dht-derivatives + High igf1 levels. Is all it would take. You could even take an aromatase inhib for stronger androgen/igf1 driven bone growth as E2 blunts bone widening. An aromatase inhib will also keep your plates open for longer giving more time for growth even if its just in the skull.

Referral from doctor is works. U already have good masculine development but androgens and higher igf1 will make you look more like that morph.
