That's because subjectively I experience my world as entirely negative emotionally. I ignore anything objectively positive in my life as I don't relate to it, but I re-live my negative experiences again and again.

If you ever see me post something positive, it's because I am on drugs.
like right now I just snorted a big line of mephedrone, tired of being depressed sober.
Feeling great.

I am going to make an effort into not posting depressing negative shit anymore and start posting white-pills only.

Example: Most female colleagues at my job hate me. Posted it many times before.

But yesterday I had a lot of positive interactions with an older woman at my job (~35yo but quite decent looking. fwb potential).
We were joking a lot, laughing all the time.
I could disregard her opinion as post-wall roastie ramblings in a negative emotional state.

Or I could see it as positive feedback that tells me I am not subhuman but indeed likeable and attractive.

If I mentalmax/cope well enough, I can disregard 90% of my social experiences which are negative, and focus on the 10% that are positive.
Then start socially interacting with these people more and more, making it a bigger part of my life, while ignoring/rejecting the opinion of 90% of humans which don't like me. Interacting less and less with them.

And then my social life will cascade into positivity as I hang-out more and more often with people that like me, while avoiding those that don't like me.

Sounds so easy tbh. Why is it so hard to put into practice smh.

I don't need to be liked or found attractive by most people, by most women, by most men.
I just need to be liked by the people I mostly interact with and open myself up to.
