I have tinnitus and have found sometimes at work I need people to repeat themselves when I have an earpiece in, so perhaps a bit of hearing loss. Not too noticeable though
I produce music, and the mixing requires focused and fine listening, so I can't really afford for my ears to get any worse. Apparently it's common for mixing and mastering engineers to have tinnitus and some hearing loss, so maybe not too much of an issue tho
Anyway, there were times in the past I listened too loud or didn't wear earplugs when I should've done, but I'm going to be very careful now
