Ok so lower bf% is achievable without money, a high hairline or big forehead is copeable since with the right prettyboy haircut you can hide it, no surgery needed for thicker eyebrows just use minoxidil on it or fraud it with makeup. Only surgeries you actually need is bimaxx and genio, now if you also have nct then you can easily fix it with canthoplasty and only for 1k-3k.
