Go to a good university, get a high paying job, and when you are around 19 you can afford surgery, but i recomend doing any surgeries once you are fully matured and grown.
When you are fully mature and grown at around the age 21, your mind will work better, be more responsable, and actually have good decision, and surgery is something that will forever stay with you, and if you do surgery at a young age, your face/body will keep changing, which might mess up the results of the surgery making you look deformed, so i only would recomend surgery if you are fully grown and matured.
In short: Go to a university, get a job, and get surgery once you are 21/20 (And try softmaxing before that, its worth it.)
