If you get enough dietary fat (the healthy kind), biotin and boron there's a chance you might start growing facial hair as long as you got the genetics for it and no synthetic test needed

if you want a beard just apply topical minoxidil
its really easy bro i know dudes who had nothing and after months of using it they had a good full beard

literalle same lmao, my dad has ideal beard growth, i asked him when did it start growing properly he said around 20s, i have only bit of mustachee and neck beard for now but i have high hopes for full beard later on
