No not really probably,none are liver toxic,xanax can be neurotoxic. Similar to alcohol but probs not as much, the strong stimulants are bad for the heart if used often so dont permarun it but for a workout is fine. You being 16 wont make it worse,this goes for any age

And cialis is a healthmax,it was actually originally a heart medication and it lowers bp and helps your overall cardiovascular system
